• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting a Forklift / Shunter Driver on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Randalstown.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment where you will play a key role in supporting factory operations, ensuring the safe movement of products and trailers across the site, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move products around the factory and site using a forklift.

• Shunt articulated trailers around the yard and position them at loading and unloading bays.

• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely.

• Collect and transport products as required.

• Couple and uncouple trailers.

• Complete daily safety checks and safety assessments.

• Carry out general factory and warehouse duties.

• Assist with manual handling and hand offloading when required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

• Follow all company health and safety procedures and site rules.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence (refreshed within the last three years).

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to health and safety.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment.

• Experience shunting articulated trailers.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
