Job Title: Production Operative
Client: Vertiv Engineering
Location: Campsie
Rate of Pay: £12.80 per hour plus 20% shift allowance after 6pm
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm
Shifts: Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am rotating
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Role Overview
Vertiv Engineering is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team. Working as part of a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in the assembly, testing, and quality checking of electrical and power infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly and production tasks in line with daily targets and quality standards
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct quality checks and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and production area
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet deadlines
- Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately
- Assist with stock and materials handling as required
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
