Job Title: Production Operative Client: Dromona (Dale Farm Group) Location: Cullybackey Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6am-6pm (4 on / 4 off rotating)
- Night Shift: 6pm-6am (Monday-Thursday)
Pay Rates:
- Day shift: £12.71 per hour
- Night shift: £13.19 per hour

About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the Dromona team in Cullybackey. This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term, stable work in a modern food manufacturing environment.
No previous production experience is required, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks and follow production standards
- Assemble, pack, and label finished goods
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of machinery and work areas
- Follow all Health & Safety and food safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as directed by the manager
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Previous production or factory experience beneficial but not essential
