About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at a leading bakery manufacturing facility in Ardara, Co. Donegal.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced food production environment, working as part of a supportive team to manufacture high-quality bakery products. Promise Gluten Free is an established Irish bakery brand with its manufacturing facility based in Ardara.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate safely and efficiently within a busy production environment

· Support the preparation, production and packing of bakery products

· Follow production instructions, recipes and operating procedures

· Complete quality checks and identify any product or packaging issues

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and housekeeping

· Ensure products meet required quality and presentation standards

· Follow all health and safety procedures

· Accurately complete production records where required

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

· Assist across different areas of the production facility when required

· Work additional hours or overtime during busy production periods, where available

Essential Criteria

Working Environment

This role is based within an active food production facility. Candidates must be comfortable:

· Working in a warm production environment

· Working around ingredients and possible airborne food particles

· Standing for extended periods during a shift

· Completing repetitive production and packing duties

· Wearing the required protective clothing and personal protective equipment

· Working 12-hour day and night shifts
