Production Operative
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.45am - 6pm
Pay: £12.71
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various process manufacturing operations within production;
- Utilise various tools to assist in manufacturing processes;
- Perform quality checks and verifications to ensure quality specifications are met;
- Work or assist in other departments to balance workloads and to meet schedule priorities;
- Assist with continuous improvement projects;
- Maintain work area in a clean and safe condition and comply with all relevant Health and Safety requirements;
- Comply with the relevant requirements of our ISO 9001: ISO 14001: ISO 50001 standards;
- Undertake all internal or external training as required;
- The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive - the job holder will be required to perform other reasonable duties as directed.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment;
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to use appropriate hand and air powered tools;
- Ability to perform range of basic production manufacturing tasks;
- Attention to detail and high standard of work;
- An enthusiastic, proactive approach to work;
- A positive "can do" attitude.
