General Work Times: 2am start time

Working Hours: 5 days 40 hours excluding 30 minutes break

Pay: £14.51

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely delivery of chilled short shelf-life products to customers in Dublin, Cork, and Newry.
• Perform daily inspections of the delivery vehicle before and after completing the route. Report any maintenance, repair issues, or part replacements, including tyres, to the supervisor.
• Load products at the depot/manufacturing facility and unload them at customer locations, ensuring all products are delivered in optimal condition.
• Maintain responsibility for the care and maintenance of the company delivery van.
• Keep accurate delivery logs and complete all required paperwork for each route.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations while in the warehouse, on the road, and at customers' premises, and ensure fitness to drive at all times.
• Delivery rounds will be allocated daily, and adherence to scheduled times is essential.

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential; food industry experience is preferred.
• A good understanding of the Dublin area is required.
• A valid driving licence with no more than three points and the entitlement to drive up to a 3.5 tonne vehicle.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following company protocols.
