Glazer / General Operative - Door Manufacturer

Location: Ballymena
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
Rate of Pay: £12.98 per hour + Attendance Bonus

Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting a Glazer / General Operative for our client, a leading door manufacturer based in Ballymena.

Job Duties:

• Glazing glass into sidelights and door frames.

• Cleaning welds using a knife and ensuring a high-quality finish.

• Carrying out production tasks as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.

• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Following all Health & Safety procedures.

• Keeping the work area clean and organised.

• Reporting any production, equipment, or stock issues to the Team Leader.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous manufacturing experience.

• Experience using hand tools is essential.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good attention to detail.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
