Logistics & Dispatch Operator

Staffline are currently seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary contract for an initial period of 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive, process-driven work, takes pride in accuracy, and can consistently meet productivity targets. The project is business-critical and is being closely monitored, so reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Temporary contract (2-3 months, with potential to extend)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer dispatch packs by placing a modem, covering letter, and Freepost return envelope into the correct packaging.
• Accurately enter shipment information into the courier dispatch portal.
• Record and log modem serial numbers accurately.
• Prepare completed parcels for collection and dispatch.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency throughout the shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs while following established procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company processes and deadlines.

• Be organised and able to work efficiently to meet strict KPIs.
• Possess basic computer skills and be confident using online systems.
• Be punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse administration, logistics, fulfilment, or data entry is desirable but not essential.
