About the Role
We are looking for a confident, outgoing Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced and well-established
fuels business with a strong reputation across agricultural, commercial, residential, and marine
sectors.
This is a customer-focused role where relationships matter. You will be the day-to-day point of
contact for a large and loyal client base, helping manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure a
smooth service experience from enquiry through to delivery.
The ideal person will enjoy talking to customers, building trust over time, and naturally maintaining
strong ongoing relationships rather than just processing transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and approachable
manner
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad agricultural, commercial, and
residential customer base
* Processing orders accurately and coordinating deliveries across multiple regions
* Supporting customers with pricing, product queries, and service updates
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery planning
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring a high standard of ongoing service
* Supporting general sales administration and reporting tasks
* Playing an active role in maintaining customer retention and repeat business
