Staffline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Oncology to join a leading healthcare provider in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership within the Oncology department.
• Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA, NMBI, and hospital policies.
• Promote quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current NMBI registration.
• Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience, including significant Oncology nursing experience.
• Previous management or leadership experience at Clinical Nurse Manager level or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
