Corporate Facilities, Contracts and Compliance Manager
Location: Linenhall Street, Belfast
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary 19.78per hour
Working Pattern: Full-time, on-site (5 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Corporate Facilities, Contracts and Compliance Manager (Band 6) to support the delivery of facilities, contracts, accommodation and compliance services.
This is an operational role requiring a full-time on-site presence at Linenhall Street to ensure the safe, effective and efficient day-to-day management of the building and to respond promptly to facilities and operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of corporate facilities.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor service performance.
- Support health and safety, fire safety and statutory compliance.
- Manage facilities issues, incidents and maintenance requests.
- Maintain records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant degree/professional qualification with appropriate experience, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Experience in facilities, contracts, estates, accommodation, health and safety or corporate support.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (or equivalent alternative where applicable).
