Staffline is searching for an Area Manager to work with our client's team on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate can be based Working from Home with the requirement to travel to clients' sites and team members throughout the country (mainly South Leinster and Munster) based on business needs.

ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL:

• Develop and execute the company's operations strategy to ensure targets are met in line with service level agreement and performance
• Maintain effective relationships with key accounts, clients and internal teams
• Manage schedules and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and exceptional service
• Support with reporting and managing budget for the division
• Ensure all area operations are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous management experience as a Manager/ Team Lead of a field team environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team environment, self-manage and prioritise daily workload
• Knowledge of metering practice and processes
• Strong people management and reporting skills customer service skills with effective communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels and develop relationships
• Full driver's licence with the ability to travel based on business requirements
