Staffline Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Buyer on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Emyvale.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Buyer or Purchasing Administrator to join a busy engineering/manufacturing environment, providing temporary cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing parts, materials and engineering components
- Liaising with suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
- Managing stock levels and ensuring continuity of supply
- Working closely with production and operations teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous purchasing or buying experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience using ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
