Recruitment Coordinator

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Derry.

As the Recruitment Coordinator, your duties will include

• Manage full recruitment cycle: vacancy approval to new hire onboarding
• Post jobs on job boards, LinkedIn, social channels, and internally
• Find candidates via databases, networking and referrals
• Shortlist CVs, hold initial chats, and line up interviews
• Handle diaries, pre-employment screening, and paperwork
• Create job ads and role profiles
• Build/maintain talent pools for future needs
• Run campaigns for engineering/production hires
• Track data, reports, and candidate feedback
• Coordinate inductions and early careers programs

Hours of work:

• Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 2.30pm
• 40hrs per week

Requirements:

The ideal Recruitment Coordinator will have

• Background in recruitment, HR admin, coordination or strong administration
• Manufacturing/engineering exposure a plus
• Super-organised with multi-tasking skills
• Outgoing communicator who engages candidates effectively
• Thrives in high-volume, fast-moving settings
