Job Title: Product Data Manager

Staffline Recruitment is currently seeking a Product Data Manager for a leading distributor of consumer products across Ireland.

This role will focus on maintaining accurate product and pricing data across company systems, supporting commercial decision-making and ensuring information is updated accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product pricing across customer portals and internal systems.
• Process price changes accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare pricing reports and support margin analysis.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and resolve related queries.
• Maintain customer-specific pricing agreements and promotional pricing records.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and suppliers regarding pricing updates.
• Assist with competitor pricing analysis and market research.
• Produce regular pricing and profitability reports.

About You

• Previous experience in pricing, commercial administration, purchasing, finance, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems; Sage X3 experience would be advantageous.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.
