Forklift driver

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operative with valid Reach- and Counterbalance forklift licenses to join our clients warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, moving, and storing goods safely and efficiently while ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a full time permanent role based in the warehouse in Shannon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve stock;
• Load and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner;
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse;
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on forklifts;
• Follow health & safety guidelines and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations;
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required;
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

What We Offer:

• Good salary between €28.000 and €30.000 per annum (DOE);
• Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday role;
• Working hours from 9 AM - 5.30 PM;

Requirements:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licenses (essential);
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment;
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety procedures;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Flexibility to perform additional warehouse tasks when needed.
