Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a busy manufacturing environment. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers and internal teams. You will help make sure orders are processed correctly, delivered on time, and any issues are solved quickly.
You will report to the Commercial Manager and work closely with departments such as production, warehouse, finance, quality, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and manage customer orders using an ERP system
Check and track orders to make sure they are processed on time
Release job tickets to production based on customer needs
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
Support sales teams and customer account managers
Handle the full order process from receipt to delivery
Deal with customer queries, including pricing and invoices
Check delivery details and fix any issues or mistakes
Manage stock levels for key customers where needed
Support service and efficiency targets within the business
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing
Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment is an advantage
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and order systems
Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork focus
