Support Pharmacist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Support Pharmacist in Galway. This Support Pharmacist role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the dispensary while delivering professional advice and excellent customer service. The role would suit a qualified pharmacist who enjoys working as part of a community pharmacy team.

Key Duties:

• Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary
• Dispense prescriptions safely and efficiently in line with pharmacy guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain dispensary stock levels and monitor dated products
• Ensure correct storage of pharmacy products
• Oversee end-of-month claims and payments
• Provide expert advice and support to customers
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team and wider community
• Maintain a strong professional ethos and commercial understanding

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified pharmacist & new graduates are invited to apply
• Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or eligible to register
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
