About the Role
We're recruiting a Warehouse Stores Operative to join the operations team at Thompson Aero Seating, Portadown. You'll be responsible for accurately managing stock movements, goods-in processes, and component kitting to support production. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a high standard of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process deliveries following the Goods-In procedure
- Record part transactions accurately on the MRP system
- Maintain precise stock locations and inventory control
- Carry out kitting and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Operate reach or counterbalance forklifts to unload vehicles
- Communicate effectively with Supply Chain and Production teams
- Follow all site health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident communication and good standard of English literacy
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Hand held scanning experience.
