Site Supervisor

Staffline Recruitment Ireland, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position, overseeing construction projects based across Limerick and Clare, supporting the successful delivery of projects

Organisation:

With a strong reputation for professionalism, quality workmanship, and project delivery, they work closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the Health & Safety function across active sites, ensuring that best practice and statutory compliance are consistently upheld. Key duties include:

• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
• Check drawings, schedules, and site instructions to support smooth project delivery.
• Monitor site progress and communicate updates, issues, or delays to management.
• Support the organisation of materials, plant, and equipment on-site.
• Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure site procedures are followed at all times.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout projects.
• Assist with keeping projects on schedule and completed to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate site records and general site coordination.

Criteria:

• Proven previous work experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and health & safety regulations;
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Living locally within the Limerick / Clare region due to site locations.
• Full driving licence and own transport required.
• Safe Pass and relevant site certifications preferred.
