My client is seeking to hire a Site Supervisor in the southeast region.

Overview
A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the southeast region. This role offers the opportunity to work on essential infrastructure schemes within a growing and dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification

• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor progress against project programmes and report on milestones

• Ensure all civil engineering and groundwork activities meet required quality standards

• Maintain accurate site records, including labour, plant, materials, and HSQE documentation

• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations

• Liaise with project management, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication

• Identify and resolve on-site issues relating to performance, safety, and scheduling

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role within civil engineering

• Strong background in water, wastewater, or heavy civil projects

• Relevant certifications and up-to-date site safety training (e.g., Safe Pass, CSCS, etc.)

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

• Full, clean driver's licence
