Plant Operator - 360 Excavator

Staffline Recruitment Ireland, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for an immediate start across various demolition projects. This is a full-time position suited to a hands-on, safety-conscious operator with strong experience in construction or demolition environments. The role will involve working across multiple sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery across demolition and construction sites.

Site Duties:

• Operate a 360 excavator and other machinery including teleporters, forklifts, and materials handlers (24 & 38 tonne);
• Work safely and effectively with a strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements;
• Conduct regular checks on machinery and report any faults or issues;
• Ensure work areas are maintained safely and efficiently;
• Support site activities as required, working independently or as part of a team;
• Adhere strictly to company Health & Safety and environmental policies at all times.

Criteria

• Valid CSCS Card (360 Excavator), Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate;
• Minimum 5 years' experience (strong candidates with less experience will be considered);
• Experience operating a range of plant machinery (teleporter, forklift, materials handlers);
• High reach experience desirable;
• Strong knowledge of demolition or construction environments;
• Willingness to travel for projects.
