About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join a well-established and recently refurbished 4-star hospitality business in Cork.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a full digital marketing function within a fast-paced commercial environment, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness, direct bookings, and revenue growth through digital channels.

You will work as part of the Commercial team and play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's online marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and optimise the company website (WordPress)
• Plan and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads)
• Create and deliver email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
• Manage social media content and engagement across platforms
• Work with external agencies and suppliers where required
• Analyse performance data using tools such as Google Analytics
• Track, report, and improve ROI across all digital channels
• Support revenue generation through direct online bookings

Requirements

• Third level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience using Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
• WordPress website management experience
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in hospitality or tourism marketing is an advantage
