Customer Service Administrator | Dublin 12
At Staffline Recruitment we are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a premium furniture and interiors retailer based in Dublin 12. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will act as the main point of contact for customer and supplier order queries while supporting the smooth coordination of deliveries and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage and respond to a high volume of order-related queries
- Schedule and book customer deliveries efficiently
- Coordinate dispatches and liaise closely with the warehouse team
- Process customer payments accurately
- Provide timely order updates to customers
- Maintain and manage a busy inbox
- Carry out general administrative and office support duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 1- 2 experience in a busy administrative role
- Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies
- Experience in the furniture industry or delivery scheduling is an advantage (but not essential)
This permanent position is fully office based and will offer a salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000, depending on experience.
