About the Role
We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Fivemiletown. The successful candidate will support the coordination and administration of tender submissions and related projects, ensuring documentation is organised, deadlines are met, and submissions are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the tender process from initial expression of interest through to final submission.
- Read and organise tender documents, helping to identify key requirements, deadlines and information needed from internal teams.
- Liaise with colleagues across different departments to gather the information required for tender responses.
- Support the preparation, formatting and proofreading of tender responses and supporting documents.
- Help maintain and update a library of standard responses, templates, certifications and case studies for future submissions.
- Assist in checking submissions to ensure they meet tender requirements and are completed accurately.
- Help coordinate final tender submissions, including uploading documents to tender portals where required.
- Support communication with internal teams, clients and subcontractors regarding tender-related queries.
- Assist in gathering feedback following submissions to help improve future tender responses.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role ideally with manufacturing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Excel, including basic formulas and spreadsheets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience supporting tender submissions or bid documentation.
- Experience working with document management systems or tender portals.
- Exposure to project administration or project coordination activities.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments.
