Recruitment Administrator | Dublin 12 | Immediate Start

The Client: Staffline currently has a great opportunity based in Dublin 12. Our client is a leader in providing quality care services across Ireland. They are currently looking for an experienced recruitment administrator to join their team. The role will be offered on a temporary basis initially, with a strong possibility of permanency for the right person. The purpose of this role is to manage the recruitment process while providing HR support in a busy environment. Further details below:

Hours of work: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch | 37.5 hours per week

Length of contract: Temporary ongoing

Requirements:

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for Healthcare Assistants, from advertising vacancies to onboarding successful candidates.

• Screen and review applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications, experience, and compliance standards for HCA roles.

• Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference checks, right-to-work verification, and other compliance documentation required for healthcare roles.

• Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.

• Liaise regularly with hiring managers and care service teams to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment of HCAs.

• Support the on-boarding process by preparing contracts, coordinating start dates, and ensuring all documentation is completed prior to employment.

In Return:

• Hourly rate within the region of €22-€24 per hour
• Weekly payroll
