Temporary Office Administrator, Belfast
Location: Belfast (Onsite)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (across 4-5 days)
Contract: Temporary ongoing with potential to become permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to support a busy office environment in Belfast. This is a part-time onsite role, offering 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling and preparing professional documentation
Arranging and booking travel, including flights and accommodation
Organising internal meetings and managing diaries
Contacting clients and supporting with debt collection
Maintaining spreadsheets and administrative records
Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team
Requirements
High-level office administration experience within a professional environment
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
