Staffline are working in partnership with one of the largest and privately owned Facilities Management, Catering and Ancillary service providers in Ireland, recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager on a permanent basis based in Belfast

Salary: £34K

Working Pattern  

  • 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) Must be flexible to work around events
  • Must be available for night and weekends to work around events

Job Role

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
  • Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
  • Completing onsite quality audits
  • Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
  • Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
  • Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary
  • Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.


The Person

  • Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked
  • An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard
  • Customer service focused
  • Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
  • Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
  • Clean driving licence
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
