Job description
Staffline are working in partnership with one of the largest and privately owned Facilities Management, Catering and Ancillary service providers in Ireland, recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager on a permanent basis based in Belfast
Salary: £34K

Working Pattern
- 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) Must be flexible to work around events
- Must be available for night and weekends to work around events
Job Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit.
- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
- Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
- Completing onsite quality audits
- Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
- Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
- Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
- Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary
- Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
The Person
- Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked
- An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard
- Customer service focused
- Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
- Clean driving licence
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
