Temporary Property Manager (3-Month Contract - Hybrid)
Location: Ardee, Co. Louth (Hybrid working available)
Salary: €40,000 - €46,000 per annum equivalent (Pro-Rata) depending on experience
Contract: Temporary - Approx. 3 Months (Subject to Review)
An established organisation is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its Property Team on a temporary basis to support property and asset management activities across the Republic of Ireland. The successful candidate will primarily work from the organisation's Ardee, Co. Louth office, with hybrid working arrangements available. Candidates based in Northern Ireland are also encouraged to apply.
This role will support the delivery of a high-quality property management service and assist with a range of property-related activities across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of an effective property and asset management service
Assist in the development and delivery of new property projects across multiple locations
Manage a range of property management activities, including acquisitions and disposals
Support lease renewals and rent reviews
Liaise with landlords, tenants and relevant stakeholders
Build effective working relationships with housing associations, developers and landlords
Ensure all property activities comply with governance, regulatory and organisational procedures
Assist in maintaining the organisation's property portfolio, including planned, preventative and reactive maintenance coordination
Work closely with operational and property colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider property function
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, property development, estate agency or property consultancy
Experience working with leases, licences or property management agreements (residential and/or commercial)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A proactive, solution-focused approach
Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
Full valid driving licence
Desirable Experience
Project management knowledge
Experience in construction, property development or building maintenance
