Property Manager

The Property Manager will support a busy property function covering Northern Ireland, England, the Isle of Man and occasionally ROI. The role is based in Belfast with hybrid working and involves managing a varied property portfolio across multiple regions.

What you'll be doing
You'll help deliver a high‑quality property and asset management service, supporting colleagues on a range of projects at different stages. Day‑to‑day work will include:

• Managing property acquisitions (leasehold and freehold), disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews
• Ensuring policies, governance and timescales are consistently met
• Maintaining a safe and compliant property portfolio through planned and reactive maintenance
• Acting as a point of contact between the organisation, tenants and property owners
• Working closely with operational and property teams to keep projects on track
• Building strong relationships with housing associations, developers and landlords
• Taking on additional duties as needed to support the wider team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in property management, development, estate agency or consultancy
• Experience with leases/licences and/or property management contracts (residential & commercial)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• Project management or construction/maintenance knowledge is a bonus
• Full, valid driving licence
