About the Service

This modern, purpose-built service supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently within their own homes.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

  • Promote dignity, respect and positive outcomes at all times

Flexibility is essential, as the role includes rotational shifts, unsociable hours and public holidays.

  • ✔ Enhanced bank holiday pay

  • ✔ Paid NISCC registration

  • ✔ Fully funded training & development (including QCF Level 3)

  • ✔ Cycle to Work scheme

You'll be joining an Investor in People accredited organisation that is genuinely committed to staff wellbeing, progression and professional development.

  • Strong communication and basic numeracy skills

  • Understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities

  • Knowledge and awareness of behaviours that challenge

  • A compassionate, patient and team-focused approach
