Support Worker - Waking Nights

Location: Supported Living / Community Services, NI
Hours: Waking Nights (Full-time & Relief available)
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £12.21 - £12.80 per hour


About the Role

We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or acquired brain injury to live safely and independently.

You will provide calm, person-centred overnight support, ensuring wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred overnight support

  • Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing

  • Support with domestic tasks and medication as required

  • Monitor safety and respond to incidents appropriately

  • Maintain accurate digital records

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team


Essential Criteria

  • Personal or work experience providing care or support (paid or unpaid)

  • Basic digital skills

  • Caring, reliable, and respectful approach

  • Ability to work waking night shifts


Desirable

  • Driving licence and access to transport (or ability to travel independently)
