The Client: Northern Ireland House Executive
The Role:
To carry out a range of maintenance duties and to provide a comprehensive maintenance service in Housing Executive properties.
To contribute, to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, providing a range of general house maintenance services (Internal and External). (Please include dates)
- Access Ni (Basic)
- Clean Driving Licence
- Intermediate level of IT Proficiency
