Technical Support Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Technical Support Executive on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, as the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth setup for new booking systems, as well as liaising with the client and other members of the team.
  • Providing ongoing system support via email and phone to existing clients with whom we have an existing long-term relationship.
  • Providing tutorials to customers, demonstrating the features of the booking system and responding to their queries.
  • Assisting the technical department with testing updates for the website, as well as giving feedback and suggestions for improving the system.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and the Account Manager.
  • Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

  • 1 year's sales support, administration or customer service experience OR a related qualification.
  • The initiative to effectively diagnose issues, react to and cope appropriately with customers, and satisfactorily resolve their issues.
  • The ability to 'think outside the box' and effectively solve customer queries within the parameters of the system capabilities.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate well with clients, developing and maintaining new and existing relationships.
  • Well organised, used to working to tight time scales and meeting deadlines.
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with Excel.
  • No experience in booking systems is required as full training will be provided, but you must be computer literate and able to quickly learn a new system.
