Customer Support and Sales Specialist

Staffline Recruitment are searching for an experienced Customer Support and Sales Specialists for our client who is a leading supplier of health and safety products.

Responsibilities

• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers
• Processing customer purchase orders and enquiries
• Manage and process customer enquiries by both phone and email
• Identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customer requirements
• Inform customers on the technical benefits of products
• Work and support external sales colleagues to ensure high level of customer service
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and keeping up to date on product material
• Weekly & Monthly reporting through SAP

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a target driven role
• Technical and or Production experience (desirable)
• Experience working with multinational organisations (desirable but not necessary)
• Ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
• Fluent level of communicative and written English
