We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our residential care team in Tipperary. This role involves supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a warm, homely, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities

• Promote independence, dignity, and overall quality of life for residents

• Assist in the implementation of Person-Centred Plans

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs

Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (experience in disability services preferred)

• Full, clean Irish/EU driving licence

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and night duties

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Shifts & Hours

• 1 x Full-Time Permanent Position - 70 hours per fortnight, rolling roster (mix of evening shifts, weekend day shifts, and weekday night duty)

• 1 x Full-Time Permanent Position - 64.5 hours per fortnight, rolling roster (mix of evening shifts, weekend day shifts, and weekday night duty)

• 1 x Full-Time Permanent Position - 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Additional relief shifts available if desired. No overnight sleepovers.
