About the Role:
A reputable healthcare organisation is seeking experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses to join their residential and day services across North Cork and South Limerick. The role focuses on providing high-quality care to adults and children with intellectual disabilities in line with HIQA and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical, psychological, and social care to service users.

• Support and implement individualized care and behavioural programmes.

• Maintain accurate nursing and administrative records.

• Foster family engagement and provide support to parents/guardians.

• Lead, supervise, and develop support staff.

• Facilitate social, educational, and community integration opportunities.

• Drive Foundation transport (mini-bus) as required.

Requirements:

• Nursing qualification and registration with An Bord Altranais (R.N.I.D. desirable).

• Experience managing behaviours that challenge.

• Ability to work on your own initiative and supervise staff/service users.

• Full Irish/EU driving licence and indemnification on personal vehicle insurance.
