Equine Supervisor - South Limerick

Are you passionate about equestrian work and making a meaningful difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated Equine Supervisor to organise, coordinate, and deliver engaging equestrian programmes for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run equestrian programmes tailored to participants' needs, interests, and abilities.

• Supervise and support professional staff and trained volunteers.

• Ensure excellent equine welfare, including daily care, health checks, and training.

• Maintain equine facilities and equipment to the highest standards.

• Represent participants at events showcasing their equestrian skills.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Equestrian Studies, BHSAI, Horseboy, or equivalent.

• Full clean driving licence (W, B, BE, or C1 essential).

• Ability to autonomously manage and deliver programmes.

Details:

• Location: South Limerick

• Hours: 39 hours/week, including weekends

• Salary: €32,000 - €44,200 per year (depending on experience and point on scale)
