Salary: €42,000-€46,000 depending on experience

We're hiring a Social Care Team Leader to join a trauma-informed residential care service for children and young people in Tipperary. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a progressive organisation that prioritises quality of care, staff development, and positive outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to care staff on shift
• Promote and maintain high standards of care in line with HIQA regulations
• Act as a role model and mentor for team members
• Support young people with complex needs in a structured and nurturing environment

Essential Criteria:

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care or an equivalent qualification eligible for CORU registration (or be CORU-registered)
• Minimum of 2 years' full-time experience working with children or young people in a residential care setting
• Full clean manual driving licence
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of HIQA standards
