Residential Support Coordinator - Disability Services (Kildare)
Location: Kildare
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts
Salary: €41,000-€52,000 depending on experience
We are recruiting a Residential Support Coordinator to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality disability services in Kildare. This is a hands-on leadership position offering the chance to make a real impact in the lives of vulnerable adults.
About the Role:
You will oversee the delivery of daily support services, ensuring that all care provided is person-centred and compliant with national standards. The position involves staff supervision, care planning, documentation, and active participation in service development.
Candidate Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a residential or disability care setting
- Full clean driver's licence and access to a car
- Familiarity with HIQA regulations and safeguarding protocols
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination ability, with solid IT and admin skills
