Our client, Ireland's leading wholesalers, has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation. They are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant / Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service of the utmost quality to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long-term customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively engage with customers throughout their journey to ensure a consistently excellent experience.

  • Become a product expert and provide ongoing support to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Deliver outstanding general customer service both in-store and through other communication channels.

  • Drive sales and follow up on leads to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroom.

  • Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure products are well-displayed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong relationship- building skills
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-focused role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of tiles and bathroom products is an advantage but not essential-training will be provided.
