Septic HGV Class 2 Drivers

We are working with our client to recruit for a number of HGV Class 2 Drivers to join the team at various local depots throughout Northern Ireland. These roles will be on a full time permanent basis. The company operates in the Waste Management, Environmental Maintenance and Road Marking Sectors, offering innovation service to both Public and Private sector clients.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

• You will be required to empty domestic septic tanks driving an 18 tonne septic tanker
• Successfully achieve the daily jobs given and be able to keep good time management
• Driving and operating the tanker in a safe manner and reporting any issues to avoid any issues
• To comply with all legislative requirements, company policy and procedures at all times

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 Current full driving license
• Valid CPC and Digi-tacho Card
• Previous HGV driving experience is essential
• Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be beneficial

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to work hard and reap the rewards. The ideal candidate must have a reasonable level of fitness due to the physical aspects of the job i.e. dragging and lifting pipes, lids etc.

You will also be responsible, safety conscious and happy to meet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Hours of Work:

• Roughly 45 - 50 hours a week - prominently Monday to Friday (Overtime may be available)

Salary:

• Potential average earnings of £40,000
