Self Store Manager / Sales Representative

Staffline are delighted to be recruiting for this newly created role designed to enhance the company's operations in Limerick, Galway, and Westport.

The Self-Store Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility (or facilities within a commutable distance)
• Ensuring customer access to stored items at all times
• Maintaining an organised, clean, and safe environment for customers
• Utilising a pool vehicle for travel between sites as necessary

As a Sales Representative, responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude
• Handling telephone and in-person customer enquiries
• Being proficient in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and stock management systems

SPECIFIC WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers regarding rates, rental terms, and resolving service issues
• Treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Maximise sales opportunities
• Manage daily operations, ensuring property security and product safety
• Handle aged debt management and payment collection
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and facility operations
• Follow company health & safety, GDPR, and ISO policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties commensurate with the role
