Facilities/Hygiene Operative | Newtownards | £11.45+ p/h

Staffline Ireland is currently seeking a Facilities/Hygiene Operative to join our client, an international dairy manufacturer, on an ongoing temporary basis at their site in Newtownards.

Role:

As part of the facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, reporting breakdowns, liaising with external contractors.

Duties:

• Site cleanliness - cleaning of communal areas (kitchens, break rooms, locker rooms) using mops, vacuum, etc., disinfecting surface and touch points, litter picking in car park etc.
• Site maintenance - reporting of machine breakdowns, pipe leaks, and other faults found on site.
• Forklift driving - occasional forklift driving to move goods on site if qualified.

Hours of work:

• Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Fridays 8am - 12pm

Rate of pay:

• £11.45 per hour
• Overtime paid after 37 hours worked
