Recruitment Consultant - Dundalk
Salary: €28,000 base | OTE circa €43,000
Location: Dundalk
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and placing candidates to developing strong client relationships. You'll be responsible for building your own client base, managing vacancies, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions across various industries.
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Generate new business and meet sales targets in line with KPIs
- Conduct client visits, identify recruitment needs, and follow up on leads
- Source, screen, and register candidates to match client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interview preparation and offer negotiation
- Provide high-quality service to both clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Attend networking events and contribute to branch development
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year's experience as a Recruitment Consultant or 2 years in a sales role within the last 5 years
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals
- Highly organised, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Full driving licence or access to transport (travel required)
