Printer IT Technician

My client based in Portadown is seeking to recruit a Printer Technician. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800-1700. Salary £27000-£29000 dependant on experience

A printer Technician is responsible for the installation , maintenance and repair of printer and related equipment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Installing and configuring printers on networks and ensuring proper functionality
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Performing routine maintenance and providing technical support
• Replacing defective parts and ensuring that printers are in optimal working order
• Maintaining inventory of printer supplies and coordinating with vendors
• Documenting service requests and resolutions to maintain clear communication with clients and team members

This role requires a strong understanding of printer operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
