Job description

I am excited to be working in partnership with a keading Logistics company based in Poirtadown . This is a 1 year fixed term contract . Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 0830-1700 and Friday 0830-1600.

Plan structured collection and delivery schedules

Ensure all information contained on the system is accurate at all times

Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant external (and internal) stakeholders such as hauliers, customers, sales, production and finance teams

Ensure effective communication regarding shipping schedules and associated requirements to customers and liaise with them regarding any delays to planned collection/ arrival dates

Maintain Improvement KPIs including ontime delivery, Carrier invoice mismatches and reasons for delays

Resolve queries or disputes in an efficient and timely manner

Key accountabilities will include;

Cross Trade shipments from/ to UK, Europe and ROW

Data Management to support outbound transportation

Obtaining and handling quotes for outbound tranportation

Transport Documents - CMR, Bills of Lading & Letter of Credit

Freight Bill Auditing & Reporting - dealer costs and exception solving between system and invoices

Managing carrier performance in line with contractual score card (KPIs)
