Our client is a successful hotel located in North County Dublin is searching for an Operations Manager to work with their Team on a Permanent basis.

There is flexibility within the working schedule for this role and the successful candidate with be supervising operations working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include some weekends and public holidays.

ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL:

• Work alongside the Operations Director where you will be responsible for leading the hotel staff in all areas of the property coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Assisting with setting annual budgets, targets and strategy planning for the business
• Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding health and safety and HACCP standards and plans are met
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided and guests expectations are exceeded.
• Managing weekly meetings withing the departments

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous 2 years' experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Hotel Manager
• Excellent knowledge of all departments within the hotel with a particular emphasis on food/beverage and sales/events management
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team environment, self-manage and prioritise daily workload
• Strong people management skills and financial acumen
• Strong skills with effective communication skills with the ability to lead your team and develop relationships
• Previous supervisory work experience within a high-volume food manufacturing environment
