Restaurant Manager

Staffline are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of Galway's well-known hotellocated in the Connemara.

We are searching for an experienced, energetic People Leader with previous experience managing a busy restaurant or gastro pub. Someone who has a passion for service and willing to go the extra mile to motivate the team to provide the best service in the city. In addition the following experience is required:

• Knowledge and understanding of KPI's with previous experience managing revenue, labour, food costs
• Sound understanding of HR practices and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience in the hospitality sector
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits & cocktails
