Marketing Manager

My Client, a leading national retailer, seek to hire a Marketing Manager for their Galway site.

This role will suit someone coming from a more traditional/print marketing background.

This is a non-digital marketing role, with a focus being on increasing footfall & in store revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Develop in-store marketing materials
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to drive in-store promotions
• Responsible for seasonal marketing content
• Manage the marketing budget
• Measure campaign performance

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools, with a history of successful campaigns.
• 2 years in a marketing function, along with people management experience.
